Computer Problem

Today at 12noon, I had a computer problem. I restarted the computer after a Windows Update and Anti Virus Definations upgrade.. and boom... blue screen of death. I managed to capture the moment.. from the problem, right through to the solution. I've made a 7 part video for all you faithful piptech.org visitors to download.
